Choosing a case-Build Your Own Computer
The first step in computer building is choosing a case.

Choosing a motherboard and processor
This is one of the most important steps in computer building courses .

Choosing computer memory
You want to include as much memory as you can afford, especially if you plan on using your computer for gaming or video editing.

Choosing a DVD/CD player
At a minimum you should include a CD writer but with the drop in prices it makes more sense to go ahead and include a DVD/CD RW. This will allow you to write to DVD or CD.
